Conciliation proceedings
The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities has an arbitration board in accordance with Section 16 of the Federal Disability Act (BGG). Its task is to resolve conflicts between persons with disabilities and federal public authorities.
If you are not satisfied with the answers provided by the above contact option, you can contact the arbitration board. The aim of the procedure is not to determine winners or losers, but to find an out-of-court solution to the problem together.
The conciliation procedure is free of charge, and you do not need legal representation.
